How much does a certified or notarized translation cost?
The price depends on the language pair, the length and complexity of the document, the deadline and any extra steps (notarization, apostille, consular legalization, courier). How quickly will I receive my translation?
Standard documents (civil status certificates, criminal records, diplomas) are usually ready within a few working days. For urgent orders, multiple legalizations or rare languages we give you the exact turnaround in the quote.
Do I have to come to an office?
No. You can send your documents online (scan or photo). Translations can be delivered electronically or by courier anywhere in Romania or abroad. Originals are only needed for certain procedures, which we explain in advance.
What is the difference between an apostille and consular legalization?
The apostille is used for Hague Convention countries and is a single formality. Consular legalization is used for other countries and involves several steps (including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy or consulate).
