What we collect
Through the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), details about the requested service, your message and any documents you choose to attach. The web server technically logs IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use the data only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you accept it, provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Messages are delivered via Google Workspace email. The website is hosted by Infomaniak (Switzerland). To provide the service, documents may be shared with sworn translators, notaries and the authorities issuing the apostille or legalization.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 12 months. Documents related to orders are kept for the period required by legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or external fonts.
